What to serve cabbage steaks with

During the summertime, our meals are usually pretty simple and have three main components, protein, veggie, and carb. When we have cabbage steaks, I like to keep it simple and pair it with pork or chicken. This is a great recipe to throw in the oven when I am meal prepping chicken for the week! Then I will pair it with some simple roasted potatoes and just like that dinner is served! Our family loves to use what is in season during the summertime.
