Crunchy and tangy red onions are delicious to add to any of your favorite dishes! Red onions can be great cooked or raw.
All of our produce is 100% homegrown on our farm. We believe in improving the soil quality through mindful crop rotation, the use of cover crops and fertilizing with composted manure. We manage all of our weeds through cultivation and fire.
Our fertilization plan involves no sprays. Instead we work to manage the quality of our soil.
Our goal for 2023 is to raise at least 90% of our own plants from seed to harvest. We do not have organic or natural certifications for our produce, however, you are welcome to follow us on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram to see our practices.
